My Business entered in a contratual agreement with an Insurance adminstrator/Broker for an insurance company specifically Funeral Policy to the value of 30 000.Since inception the continuas breach of contract resulted in our business losing credibility and we lost lot of clients.We attemted to resolve the issue with the administrator and the Insurer we were ingnored till the Authority intevern and investigate after investigation the insurer admitted to the liability of the settling the outstanding claims and admitted to the unfair business practise.

But they did not even attempted to apologies and consider the the loss and credibility we have suffered.We are now looking to sue both the Insurer and the administrator for the loss of income and the character deformation?

On 19th September 2019,I was admitted to hospital A for a medical complaint;severe pain and high fever.Stayed there for 5 days whilst doctors did absolutely nothing other than sedate me.Was discharged on day 6 with a “pain control” note. 18 hours later I was admitted to hospital B in a very critical condition.Emergency operation was performed as my CRP count was 300 and septicemia had already set in. The uroligist there had to insert a catheter (which they were unable to do) and drain one ad a half litres of a punctured bladder.I subsequently had to undergo 3 further operations and was hospitalized for a further 68 days.I have lost my work contract because of the situation I am in now.I feel that gross negligence on the part of the doctors at hospital A caused me to land up in situation at B.I would like us to pursue an action against them .

I appreciate and value any assistance.

Good day, I need advice on the following please. 

I do transportation and a client of mine told me he has load available that needs to be moved, I my self could not assit thus I asked a few people that I know and that I have does business with previously if they have any trucks available.  The one guy supplied me with details of a truck that was available, I send the truck to load but after loading, when I received the documents I saw that die driver info and the truck registration was different from those that I supplied only the trailers was the same.

But now this was a scam and the truck with  the load and the deposit money is gone (have open police case and we are busy with investigation trucks and trailers had false numberplates on).  The client is now saying that I must pay for the goods that has been stolen.   But no one notified me at any given time of the 2 loading points that the details that I supplied was different from the truck that was at their premisses.   

Can they hold me responsible for the goods?

I have a Renault Sandero Step Way, I baught my brand new vehicle in 2015 have ever since only had it serviced at a Renault dealership.

 I recently had a service done (2weeks ago) at a local mechanic in my home town as I am not on warranty and it’s easier than driving to a far dealer. The service was done and I collected my vehicle a week later ot starts jerking and then yesterday warning lights come on. I took it for a diagnostic test and the results where that the spark plugs had not been replaced since 2017. This causing the coils to brake. When I contacted the mechanic he was trying to cover him self telling me it’s a life long coil that was put In on my previous service, I immediately checked my invoices and service book this was not correct, apon the test we discovered the coils are not original parts, as a new car its should only have original parts, even a few years ago we discovered the battery size in my car was illegal.  I then phoned my  Renault garage where I purchased the car and asked them firstly if you get a long life spark plug they said no every 60 000km it needs to be replaced (it’s been 60 000km since the last one was) I also asked her why I dont have original parts in my car with a very concerned voice she said  to speak to a manager and bring the car in.

I am tired of people looking at me as a young woman that knows nothing, covering their mistakes with lies and I am in the ended paying left right and centre. 

Who is accountable i need new coils within the next day or 2 else it will damage my car further and refuse to pay, but i also need my car as we run our own business and only have one car, sending it away is not an option for me. But i cant keep been taken for  ride. Where do I stand with Renault? They are responsible for my parts not been original. 

Please can you assist me I  steps to take

I need to know what to do?  In a nutsell, my partner and I sold our house whice we owned 50/50.  Profit payout information sheet was signed by both of us and indicated that all prifits gets paid out to my partners account and because of a trusted friendship of many years we agreed that he will pay my 50% bsck into my account in order to keep process easy and simple. About a month before registration another property of ours was sold with another lawer on a similar basis. After registration my parner took all profits and cut all communications with me. 

Immediately I contacted the secound housev lawyer’s and canceled payout informations. This was acknowledged several times by the lawer aswellbas his secretary in writing and verbally over the phone. In fact they asked me for new instructions over email which was granted and acknowledged by both of them. 4 weeks later upon registration, the money was paid all into my partners account which resides overseas. 

At this stage the lawers refuse communication with me and refuse to take responsibility for their wrong doing. Myself suffered and still going many losses as that money was to be used for two businesses of one I lost due to this and the other going into dept by the day due to this. Personally my personal life is suffering directly also due to this. 

Please advise what are my options as both parties fall back now claiming they just folloelwed origional pay out instrucktion

My pregant wife works in a cold environment (Fridge) for Woolworths Food. She always getting sick and my family doctor wrote a recommendation letter to her manager to tell her to excuse her from working in a cold environment at least up until she has given birth. The fridge could harm her in her condition and her unborn baby could also be negatively affected by this environment.

Woolworths has rejected the doctors recommendation and advised that my wife sees a specialist only then can they consider this. This is tje Woolworths HR policy. I consider this very unfair, we have been to the doctor and now who must pay the specialist, we can afford a specialist. What is our legal rights in this matter?
