My child was expelled from school last year. We lodged an appeal and the appeal hearing was recorded. I want a copy of the appeal hearing. I asked the school for a copy and they referred me to their lawyers. I asked the lawyers and they have referred me to the company that did the recording. My questions are:
1. Does the audio recording not belong to the school since they commissioned the recording service? Why would they not have a copy of such recording?
2. Do I not have the right to that recording?
After being involved in an accident, while dazed and confused our car was towed by First Help, we were told that the responsible person for the accident insurance would pay for this, At no point even when signing the slip, were we advised of Tow costs and storage fees. We do not have the money to retrieve our car. Can we dispute the towing and storage costs?

During October 2019 an aquintance asked me for help iro a place to live. He was evicted from his residence. I agreed that I would assist him buth that he had to help me pay for the food and electricity. He suggested that he would pay me R1500 per month. A further condition was that he would not have any alcohol while living at my house. The agreement was for one month. He was evicted from the Salvation Army for bad behaviour.
One month became four as his car broke down and he used my car for three + months (80km+ per day). During this time his sister passed away and he disappeard with my vehicle for 4 days. Although no drinking was a condition of his stay, he came home smelling of alcohol almost every night. We had numerous arguments about this.
On Monday, 10th February 2020, after yet another arugment about his drinking and abusive behaviour I asked him to find other accomodation. On Tuesday, 11th February 2020 he left with a suitcase.
I have received payments from his as follows: October R600, November R1400, December R1000. Nothing for January or February.
I have sent several requests for him to collect his property, including a non running car. I do not want any compensation at all. I just want him to remove his things from my house.
What are my rights and how do I go about removing his property from my premises?
Good day, I would like to know, my wife and I are divorcing and I file for divorce as she cheated but on the settlement agreement I dicided that she must get half of my pension as she does not have one and half of the thing in the house we are renting, but she refused saying I must not get anything from the house so I must start all over with nothing as I did before on my first divorce. We don’t have any children with her.
Case struck off the roll

We running a weekly competition where 2 customers win a prize worth 20k each. We have the actual winners file and a back up file incase after several attempts to call the winners and they don’t answer we move to the back file. I incorrectly selected the back up and those customers where contacted and accepted their prize. We have to honor the actual winners and call them. They have set up a meeting with our legal to consult a way forward.
